Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: After 4:00 PM.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
Prompt check-out is required to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a fee.
Guest Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only those listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping home. Smoking inside the house will result in an immediate $500 cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your stay.
Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sound travels easily in the Highland hills; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these times.
Care of the Home
Kitchen: Please enjoy the designer kitchen! We ask that you start the dishwasher before you leave and do not put wood cutting boards or specialty knives in the dishwasher.
Modern Finishes: Please use coasters on all wood surfaces and be mindful of the wood-slat accent walls.
Trash: Place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before departure.
Safety & Utilities
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the house.
Keep the thermostat at a reasonable level (72° for cooling / 65° for heating) when you are away from the property.

Parking
Please park only in the designated driveway. Do not park on the grass or block neighboring access.
